PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW FRAMEWORK
A. PROKAT OTOMOTİV GENERAL PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW POLICY
Prokat Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi “PROKAT” gives importance to the protection and security of personal data and, in this context, acts aware of the importance of data privacy and security within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
PROKAT complies with the following principles when processing personal data:
1. Compliance with the law and the rules of honesty.
2. Be accurate and up-to-date when necessary.
3. Processing for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.
4. Be linked, limited and measured to the purpose for which they are processed.
5. Preservation for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed.
B.PROKAT KVKK CLARIFICATION TEXT
1. Data Processor
As a PROKAT; as a data processor in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698,we will process the personal data of our customers 'employees, visitors, suppliers' employees, employee candidates and employees and may transfer it to third parties where permitted by law.We inform you about our mutual rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of the law with this clarification text.
2. Your Personal Data and Processing Purposes
Your personal information is collected from sources such as telephone or e-mail correspondence, marketing work,job applications,business agreements and general business processes.
Your collected personal data is the subject of your disclosure of your personal data to us;Provision of legal, technical and commercial-business security of PROKAT;Planning and execution of PROKAT's commercial or business strategies;Carrying out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of the commercial activities carried out by PROKAT and carrying out the related business processes;For the purposes of planning and execution of PROKAT's human resources policies and processes, it will be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.
3. Sharing and Transferring Data
Provided that sufficient and effective measures are taken in accordance with the security and confidentiality principles determined in the legislation, your personal data obtained directly from you and obtained by our company through various channels;As PROKAT, conducting commercial activities, marketing activities, carrying out the necessary work by our business units and conducting business processes accordingly, Planning and execution of PROKAT's commercial or business strategies, Public institutions or organizations authorized to request this data as required by the legal obligation for the purpose of ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational safety of PROKAT and related persons who have a business relationship with PROKAT, domestic and foreign institutions that we have contracted with as part of our activities, our affiliates and business partners In accordance with the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No.6698, it may be transferred in a limited way.
4. Legal Reasons For Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed by PROKAT to be used by its business partners, affiliates, suppliers, service providers, provided that commercial, financial and legal responsibilities can be fulfilled or if it is legally necessary or necessary for legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Personal data processed within the framework of PROKAT's activities are kept for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation.In this context, personal data can be processed and transferred within the scope of the following laws and regulations.

· Regulation on Health and Safety Measures to be Taken in Workplace Building and Extensions,
· It is stored for as long as the retention periods stipulated under other secondary regulations in force under these laws.
5. Data Owner's Right of Application
As personal data owners, you can send your requests regarding your rights under the Law to '' Çalı Mah. Gri (410) Cadde No: 3A / 1 Nilüfer / BURSA '' in written or if you send it by using the e-mail address previously notified to PROKAT by the relevant person and registered in the PROKAT system, PROKAT,depending on the nature of the request, the request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest.However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by PROKAT.In this context, personal data owners;
1. to learn whether his/her personal data are processed or not,
2. to demand for information as to his/her personal data have been processed,
3. to learn the purpose processing of his/her data and whether these personal data are used in compliance with the purpose,
4. to know the third parties to whom his personal data are transferred in country or abroad,
5. To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,,
6. Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
7. to object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data solely through automated systems,
8. to claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of his/her personal data.
CLARIFICATION TEXT ON SECURITY CAMERAS IN BUILDINGS OF PROKAT OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ

This text has been arranged by PROKAT OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ within the scope of the Disclosure Obligation in Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698.
In the buildings of our company, images are recorded by means of 39 security cameras in the entrances, entrance doors, exterior of the building, dining hall, offices, visitor waiting room, parking lot, security cabin and floor corridors and these records are kept within our company for 30 days - as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were processed. Records regarding the expiration of this period are automatically deleted.
This data is processed automatically on the basis of the legal reason "it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill his legal obligation" and "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data controller" in Article 5 of Law No. 6698.The purpose of processing records is only; It consists of ensuring legal, technical and commercial job security and ensuring the security of the institution's locations.Data is processed in a limited and measured manner in connection with the purpose for which it is processed in accordance with Article 4 of Law No. 6698.
The personal data in question may be transferred to the judicial authorities or the relevant law enforcement officers if requested by the resolution of legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.
